Authorizing the District to Execute Anadromous Fish Agreements and
Habitat Conservation Plans (Agreements) for the Rocky Reach and Rock
Island Hydroelectric Projects, and to Submit these Agreements to the
National Marine Fisheries Service and the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission

Resolution 98-11042 (July 27, 1998)
A Resolution Authorizing the Manager of the District to Take All
Actions Necessary to (1) File the Rocky Reach Anadromous Fish
Agreement and Habitat Conservation Plan with FERC as an Offer of
Settlement in the Rocky Reach Portion of the Mid-Columbia
proceeding; (2) File the Rock Island Anadromous Fish Agreement and
Habitat Conservation Plan with FERC to Seek Approval of Such
Agreement and to Supercede the Rock Island Settlement Agreement; (3)
File the Rocky Reach and Rock Island Anadromouss Fish Agreements and
Habitat Conservation Plans with NMFS to Seek Issuance of Incidental
Take Permits Under the ESA; and (4) Comply with the State
Environmental Protection Act
