Annual Reports

 The Coordinating Committee of the Wells, Rocky Reach, and Rock Island Habitat Conservation Plans (HCP) will be used as the primary means of consultation and coordination between Chelan and Douglas PUDs and the fisheries parties in connection with the conduct of studies and implementation of the measures set forth in the HCPs and for dispute resolution.

The Coordinating Committee shall oversee all aspects of standards, methodologies, and implementation. The Coordinating Committee will also approve all studies prior to implementation, review study results, determine their applicability, and develop an annual list of common understandings based on the studies. Disputes brought by the Hatchery and Tributary Committees shall also be resolved by the Coordinating Committee.
